At the Jan. mtg, there were 40+ visitors-most left strangers. Allow introductions, visitor/expert tags, and ensure there are plenty of handouts.Treat the "newbies" with respect so they'll return. Explain how "Uncle Sam" pays for the REI expenses, without bragging. Thank you for the invitation. Ask that the oldies keep their conversations outside.

Between meetings, have a luncheon/dinner/meeting for just the new people and an experienced investor as kind of the group head and a guest speaker. many newcomers have trouble feeling welcomed places or even understanding the field if they are just starting out.
